 Concrete Steel Nail Production Process

1. Pre-treatment of raw materials: 

The raw materials are derusted, pickled, washed with water and dried in sequence, and the processed raw materials are stacked together for later use.

2. Raw material drawing: 

The processed raw material is drawn with a wire drawing machine to make a metal wire of a specific specification.

3. Shaping:

Process the metal wire with a nail making machine, cut and extrude the long section of metal wire into cement nails of appropriate specifications, and make semi-finished cement nails.

4. Quenching: 

Put the semi-finished cement nails into the mesh belt vacuum quenching furnace for quenching treatment, put the quenched cement nails into the oil tank of the mesh belt hoist, and immerse the cement nails in oil. Put the oiled cement nails into the mesh belt cleaning machine to clean the cement nails.

5. Tempering: 

Put the cleaned cement nails into the mesh belt tempering furnace, add treatment agent, and temper the cement nails to make finished cement nails.

6. Surface treatment: 

Clean the finished cement nails to remove dust and impurities on the surface.

7. Inspection of cement nails: 

Select two groups of samples from the cleaned cement nails, put one group of samples into the toughness tester, bend the cement nails, and perform toughness test, and the other group of samples is tested by Rockwell The hardness tester is used to test the hardness to judge the quality of the batch of cement nails.

8. Packing: 

After the sample is tested and qualified, the cleaned cement nails are bagged and packed.
