This discharging valve is specially developed according to the working conditions of coal slurry tank, Coal pulverizing mills discharge tanks.It is mainly used for the bottom discharge of reactor, storage tank and other containers,the downward flange is welede to the bottom of the tank and other containers. Therefore the phenomenon of the processing medium is often residual at the container bottom is aovided. The inner cavity of the valve body is coated with WC, during the moment of the valve opening,t he valve body can be protected from washing,corrosion. Both sealing surface of the valve disc and valve seat is conated wtih hard alloy,and the surface in contact with the medium is coated with WC to guarantee the HRC ≥60. The valve has advantages of high wear-resistance and corrosion resistant. The valve is designed with linear sealing, the sealing furface is guaranteed, and the medium scaling is avoided. We can select different operating actuator according to customer's reqwuirement, such as manual,pneumatic (spring return,double acting,optional handwheel), electric, hydraulic and gearing operation.
