MEDOX mini-plant is fully pre-assembled, wired and tested at our factory. They are supplied ready to be connected to power grids and your healthcare facility gas network. It is also well-equipped to ensure an optimal operation and zero annoyance to the healthcare facility environment: sound and heat insulation, air conditioning, hot air extraction cases, heat, general switch cabinet,etc.
The Inner YY-MPSA series of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) generator provides high concentration medical oxygen enriched air, which can be used for medical and personal respiratory oxygen.
Working Principle
The Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) generator uses air as raw material and molecular sieve pressure swing adsorption to produce oxygen, providing a simple, practical, reliable, and economical method for on-site preparation of oxygen in medical institutions. The system runs smoothly, has reliable performance, is easy to operate, consumes less energy, and is an ideal equipment for central oxygen supply in hospitals. This oxygen concentrator adopts a dual tower process. After the air is pressurized by the compressor, it enters a precision filter to remove impurities, and then goes through a freeze dryer, ultra precision filter, and activated carbon filter for further treatment, making the air clean, without water or oil. The air is introduced into the adsorption separation system for oxygen and nitrogen separation.
