Premium Quality Hose Description

The composite anti-static PVC steel wire hose is made of a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) material and combined with steel wire for increased durability and strength. High strength and flexibility are both features that the hose is made to provide, and it also has great anti-static characteristics.

Product Process

Extrusion: A long tube of semi-solid PVC is produced by melting PVC granules in an extruder and forcing them through a die.
Steel Wire Insertion: Through the tube's hollow interior, steel wires are inserted longitudinally.
When a tube is calendared, its thickness is reduced and its shape and dimensions are adjusted using a series of hot rollers.
Cooling: The tube is chilled in a water bath to create its shape.
Cutting: The tube is cut to the appropriate length based on its intended application.
Strengthening: Metal rings are utilized as reinforcement to further strengthen the tube's ends.
Coating: To further increase the tube's resistance to UV radiation, chemicals, and wear and tear, a protective coating made of PVC or polyethylene is added.
