PVC Steel Wire Hose Description

The PVC steel wire spring hose is widely used for the suction and discharge of water, oil, and powdery materials in industries, namely chemical pipelines, agriculture, engineering, foodstuffs, sanitation lines, and oil transportation. Production Process

Extrusion- In the extruder, PVC granules are melted and pressed through a die to create a long tube of semi-solid PVC.
Steel Wire Insertion: Steel wires are put longitudinally through the hollow tube.
Calendaring- the process of passing a tube through a series of heated rollers to decrease its thickness and shape it to the appropriate form and size.
Cooling- To establish the tube's form, it is cooled in a water bath. Cutting depends on the use, the tube is cut to the necessary length.
Reinforcement- Metal rings are used to strengthen the ends of the tube for further strength.
Coating- A protective layer of PVC or polyethylene is applied to the tube to give further resistance to UV radiation, chemicals, and wear and tear.
