SPECIFICATIONS:

Vertical Two Zone Tube Furnace


  • Compact two zones split vertical tube furnace.
  • Working Voltage: 110V AC or 220V selectable
  • Max. Power Consumption: 1.5 KW
  • Two Heating Zone:  100 mm L for each Zone  , 200 mm L in total
  • Max. heating temperature: 1200°C
  • Continuous working temperature: 1100°C
  • Two programmable digital temperature controllers which control two heating zone independently.
  • Max. Temperature gradient:   1ºC/Cm
    • Finding suitable thermal gradient is user responsibility
    • Adjusting two heating zone's temperature can create different thermal gradient profile
    • Adjusting furnace opening diameter also can change thermal gradient
  • Quartz tube is included with sealed flange.

Hanging wire

  • Three sets of Ni-SShanging wire are included (pic to the left). Max. working temperature is 800C.
  • Thin hanging wire goes through the top flange.  Positive inert gas can keep processing tube under controlled atmosphere.
  • For air sensitive material,  sample shall be sealed in a small quartz tube with pre-vacuumed as Pic below right

  • 6"L x 4"W Touch Screen Unit is built in controlling DC motor rotating and wire traveling speed
  • Wire descending speed  is programmable within 3 segments.
  • Descending speed range :  1-500 um/sec adjustable with accuracy of +/- 0.05%
  • Lower speed range is available upon request at extra cost
  • Total stoke length: 450mm
  • High-quality DC motor is installed for rotating hanging wire for at extra cost and pulling up
