Injection System

Enhanced twin-cylinder twin-rod injection mechanism
has reduced injection return oil pressure and improved
injection speed and service life, with dual linear guide
double-carriage balancing seat mechanism to enhance
accuracy incylinder positioning. Precise screw has greatly
improved injection precision and reduced defect rate.
Optional original imported pneumatic nozzles are easy to
open and close, with reliable sealing; and adopt reinforced cylinder thickness and high-power heating device to
ensure plasticizing efficiency.

Clamping Systems

Use high-rigidity thick platen to reduce deformation due to mold expanding; optimized five-point toggle clamping
mechanism to realize uniform load on platen,with stable
and rapid movement. Apply high strength compression
wear-resistantself-lubricating bearing to lock shaft and pull rod to reduce impact and to increase service life; longer
platen guide mechanism to have stable platen movement, higher mould opening precision and convenient picking of mechanical arm; volumetric rationing dilute oil lubricating
to optimize lubrication distribution and to reduce
lubrication consumption; pull rod and lock shaft made of
enhanced high-quality alloy steel to greatly increase
service life.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

Use high-speed stock motor and hydraulic components of
international famous brands to ensure high¬speed and
efficient operation with long service time. High response
oil circuit and hydraulic valve board modular design and
optimized oil circuit layout with non-damping have reduced pressure losseffectively, and improved responsiveness.
Optional injection and clamping proportional reversing
valves have improved positioning precision and response
speed. With effective and reasonable configuration of
servosystem, the injection speed is more than two times
of ordinary machine. Optional infrared nano heating device has further improved plasticizing quality.

CONTROL SYSTEM

Latest international distributed control system, latesthardware design, intelligent interface with EtherCATDCANcommunication technology and faster CPU computing speed are specially developed for the whole motor and high speed machine. Application of all-digital communication technology has improved various technical indexes significantly, with more accurate control on pressure and flow. Graphical display of various action and state let users know conditions of machine in a more intuitive way. Reserved internet management system and energy consumption display can realize remote real-time monitoring and maintenance diagnosis on each injection machine, as well as advanced management such as reasonably arranged production, etc.
