Raw Material Of charcoal briquette extruder machine
Generally, there are two kinds of materials: raw coal/charcoal powder, and carbonized agriculture wastes like wood, branch, rice husks, peanut shells, bagasse, cotton stalks, corn stalks, coconut shells, etc. Please note: material size should be less than 5mm, and the moisture content should be around 30%-40%. In order to get high density final products, you can use some binder during the production.
Final products:
The finished coal briquette is hexagonal stick with holes inside, or with square mould, round mould or as client's request. There are many kinds of round hole shape, so there are many kinds of coal rods.
