Brief introduction:
The plastic bearing pedestal has the advantages of light weight, easy installation and free from maintenance. At the same time, the common cast iron bearing pedestal or stamping bearing pedestal does not have the performance of shock absorption and impact resistance. With the continuous development of new materials of bearing housing, it is widely used in engineering more and more. For different situations, plastic spherical bearings can be made of different materials such as POM, HDPE, PP, UPE, PTFE, and so
on. Compared with plastic spherical bearings, PBT materials are generally used.
PTFE and PVDF are the most typical varieties of fluoroplastics, PTFE and PVDF have the best corrosion resistance, PTFE is the best corrosion resistance of all known engineering plastics, can be used for all concentrated acid and alkali occasions, including HF and fuming sulfuric acid nitric acid (more than 98%), and has good high temperature performance. PTFE proves that it can be used at high temperature of 180°C, and PVDF can also be used at 150 °C. However, PTFE material has very low mechanical strength, poor dimensional stability and large temperature deformation. Compared with PVDF, PVDF has better comprehensive performance. The ball is usually glass or ceramic ball.
