Product Overview:
The SPBQ1-63 automatic switching switch is suitable for dual power supply systems with AC 50/60Hz, rated voltage of 400V, and
rated current ranging from 6A-63A. The switch can automatically switch between commonly used and backup power sources without the
need for manual operation, ensuring the continuity and reliability of power supply.
The switch body device is composed of forward and reverse motors, circuit breakers, mechanical interlocks, and controllers.
This product is suitable for Class I composite systems, high-rise buildings, residential communities, military equipment,
hospitals, airports, communication, firefighting and other important places where power outages are not allowed. The product
complies with IEC 60947-6-1 standard.
Normal working conditions:
1. Fixed air temperature, with an upper limit not exceeding+40 ℃ and a lower limit not exceeding -15 ℃.
2. The altitude of the grounding point shall not exceed 2000m.
3. The relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50% when the surrounding air is+40 ℃. At lower temperatures, there
can be higher temperatures. When the monthly average minimum temperature in the wettest month is+25 ℃, the average maximum
relative humidity is 90%. Considering the condensation on the product crystal surface caused by temperature changes, special
measures should be taken.

5. The operating location has no strong vibration impact, no corrosive metals or harmful gases that damage insulation, no severe
dust, no conductive particles or explosive hazardous substances, and no strong electromagnetic field interference.

2. Mechanical interlocking structure: to ensure that two circuit breakers do not close simultaneously during the switching
process.
3. Motor operation structure: used to achieve automatic opening and closing of circuit breakers.
4. The motor conversion of this conversion switch adopts the latest operating mechanism, which has the characteristics of
reliable and stable operation, small clamping force, etc
5. Installation of base plate: Integrated transfer switch. Install two circuit breakers, machine interlocking mechanism, and
