The valve assembly is a key component of the hydraulic end of the mud pump. It has a high operating frequency and is subject to great impact. Its quality directly affects the service life of the hydraulic cylinder and is the main vulnerable part of the mud pump.
The valve body and valve seat of the valve assembly are made of high-quality alloy steel 20CrMnTi carburized and quenched, and the surface hardness is greater than HRC60. The cone surface is ground to ensure high roughness requirements and geometric dimensions. The rubber is made of polyurethane material, which greatly improves the overall life of the valve assembly, and the effective use time is greater than 300 hours.
