A reducer is a mechanical device used to reduce the output speed of a high-speed rotating motor or engine while increasing the torque. It is widely used in various industrial transmission systems, such as machine tools, electricity, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, food, medicine, automobile, aerospace, etc.

 R series helical gear hardened gear reducer is a new type of reducer transmission device composed of multiple pairs of axially arranged helical gears. High technological content, space-saving, reliable and durable, high overload energy B, power up to 132Kw, low energy consumption, superior performance, reducer efficiency up to 95% or more, low vibration, low noise, high energy saving. Selection of high-quality forged steel materials and hard cast iron case, gear surface carburizing quenching. After precision machining to ensure the shaft balance and positioning bearing requirements to form a gear rotation assembly reducer, matching with a variety of motors.

The reducer itself cannot generate power. It needs to be used in conjunction with a prime mover (such as a motor or engine) to transfer the power of the prime mover to a working machine (such as a machine tool spindle, pump, fan, etc.). The reducer has two main functions: one is to reduce the speed, that is, to convert the high-speed rotation of the prime mover into the low-speed rotation required by the working machine; the other is to increase the torque, that is, to amplify the small torque of the prime mover to the large torque required by the working machine.

There are many types and functions of reducers, which can be selected according to different application requirements. For example, cylindrical gear reducers, planetary gear reducers, cycloid reducers, worm gear reducers, etc., all of which have different characteristics and application ranges.

4.Can be used for forward and reverse operation, no industry restrictions.
