The bidirectional all metal hard sealed butterfly valve is a high-performance valve developed by our company based on the three eccentric butterfly valve to solve the problem that ordinary butterfly valves cannot completely achieve zero leakage. Its biggest feature is fundamentally changing the sealing structure, no longer position sealing, but torque sealing. It does not rely on the elastic deformation of the valve seat, but entirely on the contact surface pressure of the valve seat to achieve the sealing effect, thus solving the problem of zero leakage of the butterfly valve metal valve seat.In terms of sealing angle design, it has been achieved that when the medium flows in both forward and reverse directions, the medium pressure can partially act on the sealing surface, and the contact surface pressure plus some medium pressure double acts on the sealing surface, solving the problem that butterfly valves cannot be applied to high temperature and high pressure.

2. The valve shaft adopts a half shaft structure, and the valve plate adopts a truss structure. The valve has high pressure resistance, low flow resistance, large overcurrent area, and saves energy.

3. Adopting a double eccentric spherical sealing structure, the sealing ring is uniformly compressed, and the sealing performance is reliable and durable.

4. The valve body sealing ring is made of stainless acid resistant steel and is mechanically fixed on the valve body. The sealing material of the valve plate is made of stainless acid resistant steel, and the sealing surface of the valve plate is spherical, which is corrosion-resistant, non scaling, non aging, non vulnerable, strong, and has a long service life,

5. The valve shaft seal is made of flexible graphite, which has a low friction coefficient, is not suitable for aging, and has a long wear resistance and aging time.

6. The new driving device has the advantages of lightweight and flexible opening (opening torque N · m ≤ 30kg), fewer opening and closing cycles, and the valve plate can stably stay in any middle position through improvements to the mechanical structure and force bearing parts.
