The tank bottom angle valve with washing pipe is designed based on practical situation of the coal chemical industry. During the development of the tank valve, characteristic of the coal slurry has been taken into consideration as well, The stainless steel dumping valve is generally installed at the bottom of the coal slurry tank to discharge the medium .
BENEFITS
1.Caking and blocking of the coal slurry can be avoided.Special cleaning device is offered for the flange valve body ,which can be used to clean the inside of the medium periodically.
2.Made of corrosion-resistant material,such as stainless steel the inner cavity of the valve body is painted.

4.The anti-rotation mechanism of the dump valve for coal slurry can guarantee the rectilinear motion of the valve stem.
5.Both rising disc type (the valve is opened into tank) and lowering disc type (the valve is opened into valve) can be designed.
