Our AQL standard is Critical: 0 , Major: 1.5, Minor: 4.0.If customer AQL standard higher than us, we can follow and ensure the quality also.
4)Question: How do you do with the claims?
Answer:For our design/production/package problems, Fucheng will take full responsibility.
For shipment problems, we have full reports to help claims with shipping company.Free replacements sent with your goods: such as cartridge, o-ring, etc.
